Industry icon Ronnie Ronalde has devoted 30 years of his life to the New Zealand hotel industry, and is renowned for his contributions to industry issues and events, legislation and representing the hotel sector on international event committees.

Ronnie has realised the vision of positioning CPG Hotels as an enviable group while driving up to triple digit increases in revenue year on year, overseeing multi-million dollar refurbishments and leading an exceptional team, including a pivotal role in the creation and establishment of the CPG Hotels new luxury brand, Fable Hotels & Resorts.

His commitment to introducing initiatives that bring to life values that guide guest experience, environmental awareness and social purpose are signature actions that reinforce Ronnie’s unwavering focus on excellence across the group.

Amanda is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive hospitality experience. 

Amanda has a passion for driving business growth through financial discipline, creativity and team effort. Her sound financial planning and analytical skills have set her up for success. She is excited about being a part of the Fable story.

As one of the country’s youngest, female Director of Sales and Marketing at a hotel group, Lisa has had a transformative impact on CPG Hotels including growing a new group, introducing new brands and driving impressive relationships and revenue growth.

An innovative approach to her role has seen Lisa deliver outstanding results across the entire group in all market segments alongside responsibility for marketing and advertising, coupled with a personal passion for supporting community and environmental initiatives. Most recently, Lisa has held a critical role in bringing the Fable Hotels & Resorts brand to life.

Backed by a Business, Travel and Tourism Diploma from the International Travel College of New Zealand, and 17 years of sales management experience at many of Auckland’s leading hotels, Lisa has been recognised as a true leader in the industry and is a member of both the Tourism Export Council and Hospitality NZ. In 2019 Lisa was honoured in the NZ Industry Sales Awards as a finalist in the Marketing and Distribution Employee of the Year category.

A hospitality professional dedicating the last 20 years to the industry, Mike has had fingers in the restaurant, bar and coffee scene across Auckland.

Recently returning from a stint in Chicago with Mojo Coffee, Mike believes a strong culture within an organisation will set you up for success. Now concentrating on Human Resources and People with CPG Hotels, Mike is developing a strong focus on team training and developing a strong working culture throughout New Zealand.

Joining in 2017 CPG hotels as the Group Executive chef, Jinu has been instrumental in steering the group’s food and beverage direction, directing the concepts across the CPG Hotels and Fable Hotels & Resorts in New Zealand.

Having more than two decades of experience under his belt, Jinu is deeply involved with each restaurant to showcase that region’s diversity, speciality produce and artisan growers. A passion for perfecting the smallest details, curating every touchpoint and sharing his passion for food and creativity is at the heart of Jinu’s approach to transforming hotel dining in New Zealand.

Jinu has been recognised here and abroad, including the prestigious Best Head Chef Oceania 2019 at the Haute Grandeur Awards.

Clare’s deep understanding of branding, marketing, PR, communications and advertising has come to the fore in enhancing the public perception of CPG Hotels.

Overseeing the design of content creation, brand activations and events, website and EDM management, Clare’s background as an influencer is vital in this key role, supported by her Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and International Business from Auckland University, international experience and local roles at premium fashion and lifestyle brands.

Clare has leveraged her experience and fresh approach to social media into the rebranding and strategic approach for social media across the CPG Hotels and Fable Hotels & Resorts portfolio.

Jisoo joined CPG Hotels in late 2018 from South Korea, having previously studied Hotel Management, then spending six years working in corporate and MICE sales in the hotel industry, including prestigious roles in France and Korea’s largest hotel and casino resort.

A passion for the hotel industry and business development motivates her every day to help CPG Hotels flourish and reach the goal of becoming New Zealand’ most successful privately-owned hotel group.

Originally from India, Rachit moved to New Zealand in 2013 and has since worked in a multitude of Sales and Operational roles across some of the best hotels in New Zealand. 

Graduating in 2016 with a Bachelors in Applied Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Pacific International Hotel Management School, Rachit started off in operations before making the move to sales where he found his true calling of connecting with people and providing the best outcomes for his clients.  

Angela joined CPG Hotels at the beginning of 2021, having previously worked for ChristchurchNZ and Christchurch and Canterbury Tourism for the past eight years. This role allowed her to secure a great knowledge of the tourism and events sector.

Angela has been instrumental in growing and effectively engaging with the corporate and group sector.

Angela loves to successfully secure and deliver events across all of the CPG properties. She really enjoys ensuring these events run seamlessly and smoothly to provide complete satisfaction.
